Phase I: Investigation
Client engagements begin with the Investigation phase. This occurs in an intial meeting with the client in which an iDataWorx representative learns about the client's needs and project goals.

Develop understanding of the goals and purpose of the project.
Analyze the client's technical situation and infrastructure.
Define the project objectives and scope.
Generate "out-of-the-box" suggestions.
   

Phase 2: Exploration
The Exploration phase is the period of time in which the iDataWorx development team reviews the Intestigation phase deliverables and determines a plan of action for the forthcoming project.

Explore the design and technical possibilities.
Analyze and document technical requirements.
Develop a storyboard prototype.
Choose the application/web site look and feel.
   

Phase 3: Development
The Development phase is the coding phase of the project. A development technology is selected and user/technical documentation is prepared.
Execute coding and functional testing.
Develop user/technical documentation.
   

Phase 4: Integration and Testing
The Integration and testing phase is the final phase prior to the production launch. The application is extensively tested and prepared for launch.
Rigorously test systems for functionality and performance.
Debug and fine tune to optimize performance.
Prepare production environment.
   

Phase 5: Launch
The Launch phase is the production release of the project. Once the lauch has been completed and the client provides sign-off on the project deliverables, a final project meeting is held with the client to review post-project technical possibilities and ideas.

Post-launch monitoring and optimization.
